OUNCING OUR FLAT MALONEY CONTEST!!!!
Have you ever heard of a Flat Stanley? Well, meet Flat Maloney!

Here are the rules for our newest contest:
(1) Take your Flat Maloney with you wherever you go and take a picture with your phone or camera... going on vacation, the beach or just hanging out with friends, take the flat doc with you!!!
(2) Email it to us at drmaloneortho@gmail.com. Don’t forget to add your name and phone number.
(3) Contest ends after Labor Day, on Friday September 9, 2011.
(4) We’ll post all entries online and have our patients vote for the winner. The entry with the most votes wins. It’s that simple!
(5) The winner will get a $100 gift card!
The Flat Maloney is the perfect vacation partner... she doesn't cost anything, she doesn't take up much space, snore or hog the blankets. She just smiles and wants to participate in whatever you do. Contest is open to all patients and their families.
Want some ideas? Think of the most creative image possible.
Pick up your flat docs at our office (starting August 9) or download your Flat Maloney (click here) and print her out. Good luck!!!

Do Your Kids Get It When It Comes To Money?
We understand that those conversations are hard -
particularly when money is tight. But you can simplify the task by taking advantage of online resources like Wells Fargo Hands on Banking (R) financial education program.
This fun, free user-friendly online program can help you and your children (any age) take charge of your financial future. The program is available in English and Spanish and contains no product promotions or commercial content - just valuable information presented in an interactive, easy-to-use format.
Here are a few additional suggestions to help you prepare your children for financial success:

-
Include children in discussions about family finances to help them learn how you work toward financial goals
-
Let children spend some money on their own to learn about making choices
-
Make it easy for children to start saving by giving money in increments; for example, giving five $1 bills instead of one $5 bill
-
Encourage children to share by learning about charities or buying small gifts with their own money
-
Begin a family plan for saving for college
