Dr. Jackie choosing Orthodontics:

I love what I do. Caring for my patients is so natural to me. My staff and I chose a career in serving people because we have a basic desire to be in the company of good people. Providing orthodontic care in a warm, friendly and fun environment allows us to do just that. We want you to feel better after your visit with us than you did when you arrived. Our goal is and always will be to provide orthodontic care as an important part of overall dental health. We pride ourselves on comprehensive dental care by working closely with all caregivers, beginning with your family dentist. Our ultimate goals are beautiful smiles and happy patients!

Types of Braces We Use

We offer our patients several choices when it comes to wearing braces. The most common type of braces we use are metal braces. These braces are made of high-grade stainless steel. Today's metal braces are smaller, more attractive and more comfortable than the metal braces used a few years ago.

The clear ceramic braces we use are designed for people who prefer not wearing highly visible metal braces. These clear braces blend in well with the natural color of teeth, making them a discreet orthodontic treatment option.

The lingual braces we use work in the same way metal braces do, but these braces cannot be seen as they are placed on the backside of the teeth. Lingual braces are more costly than standard metal braces plus they require more time to get used to wearing, which means they are not ideal for patients.

We also offer the innovative Invisalign System. Invisalign consists of a series of clear, removable aligners, which are custom made for each patient using advanced 3D computer technology. Patients who wear Invisalign love the fact that most people don't even notice they're in orthodontic treatment because the aligners are nearly invisible. Plus, the convenience factor associated with Invisalign cannot be matched as the aligners are designed to be taken out when eating and when brushing & flossing the teeth.

We are always accepting new patients at Malone Orthodontics, so please contact us if you'd like to schedule an appointment for yourself or your child.
