Now that you have braces, we ask that you please avoid foods that can damage your brackets and wires, such as hard foods, sticky foods, and foods high in sugar content. Our skilled orthodontist, Dr. Malone, and our team put together a list below of the foods to avoid, as well as some tips and tricks to abide by, while wearing our Alpharetta and Milton, GA braces.
